Excellent service! Thought I needed a water heater but my Merlo serviceman, Tyler, said I didn’t need it. They did not sell me something I didn’t need! He also did some other plumbing for me that was not previously scheduled. This is a top notch company! Check them out and ask for Tyler! 5 stars 👏
10/10 service. I know who to call with any plumbing problem I have. I always request Tyler L. in service because he is timely and can fix my problems. Prices are extremely reasonable and cost saving compared to other plumbing companies I've received bids from. Got an extremely high quote and pushy sales from another well-known plumbing company and Tyler L. at Merlo Plumbing never makes me feel like he is trying to sell me something I do not need. So glad I got my water heater replaced with Merlo. Doug did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Merlo if you want high-quality work at a fair price.
Worst people to ever do buisness. They delayed my permits by three weeks. The best was they said they would dispose of my credit card numbers yet didn’t for over three weeks without my permission. They called my landlord as well saying wasn’t going to pay a bill that was not even past DUE! Be careful
