The worst apartments I've had the displeasure of living in. They are great for those who love drama. This was my first time having my door kicked in. Slum lord owner supports crime in the complex. Everything wrong with the city. A tenant kicked my door in, it wasn't fixed for two months. They worked their hardest to evict me, while letting the tenant who was convicted of kicking my door in stay. I moved out of Columbus because of this incident.
I stayed there from 2012 to2016. I had no problem when I was there.I moved out of town but would move back in a heartbeat if I could get my old section back.I loved everyone there.I'm moving back to Columbus Soon.
THEY ONLY WHAT YOUR RENT MONEY!!! THEY HAVE RULES THEY """"DO NOT IN FORCE""""!! I'VE HAD TO MOVE DO TO SOOOOOOO MUCH!! THUG RELATED INCIDENTS!! DISRESPECTFUL TENANTS!! SECURITY@ IT WORST!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE THATS THAT IS ELDERY FOR SURE!!! SO MUCH I CAN SAY!! SIMPLY BAD!! I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE!!! TRUST ME!!
