It’s beautiful and pretty quiet. Neighbors are respectful, pools are clean. Maintenance is very quick to handle situations that come up. 👍🏾
I want to send a shout out to the Sherwood staff and maintaince team. They go over and above their line of duty. Kudos for a loving family. Plus, I just wanted to add that the service i always recieve is over and above my expectations.
Giving 3 stars instead of 2, because the maintenance team is wonderful! They are always prompt and very few times did I need to put in a second request for the same issue. My main complaint is with the main office. I lived at Sherwood for 5 years and anything beyond their normal day to day task is too big of an ask for them. Following a heavy snow this past February, they contracted private snowplows to come through the parking lot. The snowplows did not push the snow far enough to the side, which meant my car was blocked in... read more

I moved in about a month ago- staff has been very nice, grounds are kept clean and maintained, very quiet- even on the weekends! Safe place so far I’m very happy…
