I just wanna say I appreciate Sherwood Apartments complex dealing with a difficult situation but they’re very accountable and on top of their situations. I’m just gonna say they are very accountable for any concerns as a new person renting an apartment.
This is a fantastic property! It is clear that management here takes pride in their work. I would happily recommend Sherwood to anyone looking for a new apartment!
Top notch maintenance team-awesome responsive office staff, clean grounds and nice Apartments. This is hands down one of the best complexes in Topeka! Make the switch you won’t be sorry!

Have lived here for almost 3 years and have had no issues! Maintenance is always friendly and on top of things. Great and welcoming management too! Pools are a sweet bonus :)
