I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Dawn and Ms. Heather in the leasing office. From the very first day I came in for a tour—before I had even applied—they made me feel completely welcomed and confident in my decision. We lived there almost 2 years. The apartments are new but with poor quality of finishes, the cleanliness of the complex is shameful, the people who live there don't clean after their dogs, no pest control in the common areas (spiders everywhere), no playground for kids and the pool is supposed to be open spring/summer but almost every day we received an email saying that it was closed. I saved the best for now... our lease was until March 21st and they charge us until March 31st. And believe they don't want to refund us neit... read more
I moved in May 2025 and I have never lived in apartments before but these apartments are the best. Heather and Dawn who work in the office are super nice and care about their residents. I would highly recommend living here to anyone. The grounds are always nice and clean and if you have any issues they are always willing to get it taken care of as soon as possible. All the neighbors I’ve spoken to are always nice and helpful.
