I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Yen and his entire team. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone the day before my appointment gave me thorough instructions on where to park and exactly where to go, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. When I arrived, the front office staff was kind, welcoming, and courteous. The same gentleman I had spoken with on the phone took my vitals, asked questions about my medical history, and provided helpful information about future appointments.
