Excellent advice on prep and paint. Staff is solicitous and knowledgeable. I love the paint quality. Have used this brand for years
I generally like Sherwin Williams but it seems this location needs better management. Pretty messy store and clearly the people working there just don’t care. Why is everything so disorganized and in such disarray at opening? Clerk did not seem knowledgeable about the paint products selling, did not offer much information when I had questions. I went right around opening time so wasn’t too busy, so luckily I was able to get my paint quickly and left.
Do not recommend this location at all! Was first in line for 2 paint samples and a quart of paint and spent an unexpected 40+ minutes in the store as one employee slowly attempted to help me. They didn’t have any of the recommended paint finishes in stock and getting the samples was a painfully slow process. Did not anticipate this experience from what I always regarded a highly reputable brand.
Went here to get 2 paint samples on a saturday and was here for an hour and a half. a line of people at the register and only one kid working at snails pace. i also saw a roach so big i think it might’ve been a mammal. never again.
