Products are fine and I prefer Sherwin-Williams paints over other products as they seem to have the best variety and color selections. Just noting online orders at this store are not dependable. Delivery isn't a thing, even though that's an option online. Online orders may or may not be fulfilled; if they are they may or may not be ready at the store for pick-up. Nobody seems to know. This Sherwin-Williams is my go-to paint store, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Store manager Julio is fantastic—always welcoming, friendly, and he even remembers regular customers by name. On my latest visit, he did an incredible job custom color-matching tricky paint shades for a couple of home projects, and both turned out spot-on.
Visited this sore on Monday 8/25/26, the Manager and staff were simply the best. My experience purchasing the needed oil based paint was painless as I was guided with the type of primer and paint needed. My day was a good day because of you guys... Kudos
I went to the Sherwin-Williams store on Connecticut Avenue for new paint, but the service went way beyond the sale. After helping me with my purchase, Douglas and another associate took the time to advise me on how to use some 5-gallon buckets I had left over from a contractor. They even offered to re-shake the old buckets to make sure they were still good to use. Truly friendly, honest service that saved me time and money. This is my go-to paint store now.
