Brandon store manager at this store are consistently reliable in paint matching my paint colors. This is my primary store for my business, it is less busy compared to contractors.
Caters to retail and professional customers, wide paint selection but charges for sample searches (cardboard with color on them), which competitors like Home Depot do not. Staff person welcomed us three minutes prior to close and was courteous. Recommended for getting it done.
I will go to another SW store after my experience today. I placed an online order for a custom match on had on file SW for over ten years. In fact, I the same custom match order filled successfuly earlier this month from the same store. Store personnel could not find the custom match in my online profile. I had to show a photo of the custom match mix on top of a paint can from my smartphone. The store employee told me I should not have placed the order online.
