Our company hired Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering to install carpet in our commercial business. The installation was unprofessional with carpet seams visible in multiple locations. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. We ended up having to hire another company to repair the carpet at our own expense.
Stay as far you can from that company. They hire people that do not know how to do flooring. I have first floor replace after not even 5 years due to big gaps between. My current floor is 3 years old and look like that. I was trying to replace on my own but after having three quotes from specialists I was informed that the floor was not put properly ( they damage during installation hitting to hard ) and I should go after the company.
