DO NOT USE - Daniel is a sales rep for this company and installed faulty flooring in my home that is now costing us $30,000 to replace. This guy will not return phone calls and refuses to acknowledge any wrong. Really frustrating and horrible horrible customer service.
Very disappointed and we got the flooring installed about almost 2 years ago now and the floors look awful. I pointed out after the install that the lvp had been installed way too tight and it pushed up from the top. We spent 10k without the boards being installed because we could just do the counter round ourselves. When I explained my concerns she come back to look at the issues and tried telling me everything was normal. We love the LVP flooring! Kathy was wonderful to deal with on color etc The men that installed it were great, fast and efficient and cleaned up afterward. We recommend Sherwin Williams Flooring just as we recommend Sherwin Williams paint products. Excellent quality!
