Update.....talked to my builder after I posted this review. They stopped doing business with them for a number of reasons. That should tell you something!! Extremely poor customers service from the manager of the installation department, Mark. Initially, I reached out to their sales rep in the Spring of 2021. He came to our home to look at the issues (all in the master bedroom) and agreed that there was a problem and would refer it to the installation department (see attached photos).
