Our family's rental Buz has been using this store 30+ years when we refloor our units. Never a problem till a couple years ago when they had an installer at our empty unit at 9PM hammering away. Next day was a complete tear out. Obvious seams showing extra. Well since it was one problem in all that time we called them to come refloor the current empty unit. I wish we had not. There have been a few mistakes made over the years, but they go above and beyond to make it right. Very satisfied customer!
