My experience dealing with the manager here was awful. My husband and I hired a professional painter to paint the exterior of our home, and we ended up needing more paint than we originally purchased. Our painter called and was told that this store delivers to Colville, the customer (me) just needed to call and pay, etc. I called, and the manager was incredibly rude and condescending to me, saying that they do not deliver to Colville. Everyone work here are very kind and they are there to really help you with all paints beside of making a sale
Went in here on 9/16/23 and a young man named Xavier was working. I am an owner of my own paint company and stood by to get a match of a color this store had made a couple years ago. I asked to have it made in a different product than original paint was made. I've been painting for over 27 years and know the color will be different from the original. I was alright with that.
