SW F/C promptly responded to and completed our request. Within 24 hours of calling, a rep was at our house to inspect the flooring. They shared the report with appropriate parties the following day. Exceptional communication and customer service.
They left out my paint on the landing and didn't help me to put it on my car I had 23 gallons and more stuff I won't buy on this place again
