They needed to do warranty work for me, but the warranty company doesn't communicate well. The service guys noticed the confusion I had when they came to work on my floor and got me a wonderful professional, Jessica, who willingly answered all of my questions and provided me contact info for future reference. I am so pleased with their kindness and customer service! The strip of missing floor is the before photo. It is perfect!
