I just talked with the employees about my concern that I didn’t get the quote that I requested almost a week ago. Nobody contacted me for the delay to send the quote. I called the and the employees that answered my called they said “ we are really busy, we are going to send you the quote as soon as we can. Customer service? No apologies for the delay? I am very surprised 😱 about it. Normally the employees they are very professional and polite. This time they were not.
Scott is amazing and very knowledgeable! He always gives honest advice and opinions while always being extremely professional! His customer service is the best in the business and it’s always a pleasure to work with him. If I could leave a 10-star rating, I would without a doubt. Thank you for always taking care of our flooring needs! 🫶🏼
