If you think a bout it, it's really the only place you should buy paint. They're the best equipped to see you through on new projects & the best suited to help you find the colors that you've used and forgot name of. The staff is twice as knowledgeable about the products by default. They're literally built for this.
Very disappointing experience. The staff was noticeably rude and unprofessional, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service felt dismissive, and the overall attitude was far from welcoming. It would be beneficial for the team to improve communication standards and treat customers with basic respect. A more polite and professional approach would make a significant difference.
They have everything I needed for my paint project and the folks working there are very helpful. What more could I ask for?
