Was not offered my military discount that I'm earn for military service, sales rep. Said " we don't offer a military discount ".... but I used at other locations!....basically calling me a liar... made sure friends and family don't go to this location!.... respectfully a angry veteran, plain and simple bad customer service!
Employees are great. Product was shockingly bad. Bought the emerald line in dark green to cover a lighter green. Sanded and had zero chance of it covering. Had to work it to cover in 2 coats. How can such a expensive line of paint, in a deep tint base no less, not even come close to covering. I used Sherwin Williams for my company years ago for almost 30 years. About any paint on the market could outperform it today
The staff is unfriendly. If you already know exactly what you want, you’ll need to order very precisely, as they don't provide much explanation about the products. Otherwise, you might get scolded like a student by a teacher.
So rude and not polite at all - esp for newbies. Go to big beaver one. Very nice and polite
