Terrible experience at this store not just once but twice in 1 week. We have placed the same order twice at this store in the morning that way the paint is ready for pickup just for them to tell us TWICE on arrival that they did not have the white base at this store. Both times we've had to wait about 1hr since they have to send someone to pick up the paint at another store location wich is very inconvenient having to wait. All the manager could say is sorry. I hadn't been to this store in a long time, as it was supervised by a manager who didn't understand painters. But I heard they've changed managers, and Angel is the best. Excellent service, great communication, and always recommending the best products for the best quality. Angel is a good asset to Sherwin Williams. Now, I recommend this store.
I bought a stain blocking primer there and it didn't block stains as advertised. Took it back, but a few months later as it took a while for the stains to appear. They refused to replace it with something that works because they couldn't find the account I bought it from. I've spent thousands with SW over the years, but JC Licht is getting my business now.
