Very nice
I came to buy some paint on a Saturday afternoon at 10 minutes till 12. Sign on the door says we’ll be back in 30 minutes. From when? Poor customer service this should not happen in a retail store!
Very friendly and helpful staff. ADDED: This place continues to be excellent. I came in needing touch-up paint from a very old custom mix. Aaron asked me to get a sample to ensure a good match, and spent a lot of effort making sure that it was just right. He was more exacting than I would have been. In any case, it looked perfect on the other side. I've never felt let down or not adequately guided by the folks working here.
Very bad service. I arrived first and they served the others because their order was bigger and mine was only 1 gallon. They lack discipline.
My family bought some paint from here in 2022,we never used it until today ,called them an sled if I can come and have them stir it ,thy welcomed me and did it for free and gave me a stick after the job was done. Shout out to David for an excellent experience !keep up the good work
