I was told to go to this Sherwin-Williams location because they supposedly had color experts who could help match a color from a picture. My painter even bragged about how they knew what they were doing and could match, or at least get close enough to, any color. That turned out to be a lie. When I went into the store, the employees were not helpful at all. I recently purchased two gallons of paint from the Sherwin‑Williams Hagerstown location, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I first called the store to get help matching an existing color for a touch‑up project, and Kevin went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the details and make sure we identified the correct shade before I even came in. As me being a general contractor I wouldn't recommend any other paint store it has nice coverage The people are nice and friendly orders are fulfilled fast always has what I need in stock Us at Loudin Home Improvement 100% supports them
