When your intuition is telling you that this guy isn't quite telling you all you need to know...trust it. We had plans drawn up for a large addition to our existing home. I asked for a solid bid that was broken down for each tradesman. After waiting 6 weeks for this, we met to only get a generic, useless bid that had nothing broken down. Jim and his team built a sound, and pretty home for us some time ago. The inbuilt quality is apparent now more than ever, some 35 years later. Thank you.
Poor values. No morals. Owner is a piece of trash. If you have ever thought of using this business, think twice and run. Horrible builder. Nothing but bad things to say.
