My wife had been to several doctors in the austin area and decided to have surgery with dr. Neyman and it was the best decision. She is the most professional and attentive doctor we’ve had. All the nurses at the practice and hospital she utilizes are friendly and informative. Dr. Neyman made the entire procedure smooth and worry free. That was really comforting due to past medical trauma with other providers. Highly recommend her practice especially if you suffer from endo.
Dr.Neyman is a phenomenal surgeon and doctor, her team Racheal, Riley and Suzanne are great. Julia one of her nurses who you will have to deal with frequently has zero sense of urgency, gives inaccurate information, which is a serious liability and doesn’t take the time to understand. She’s an order taker with no triage experience and it’s obvious she hates her job. Messages she responds to not doctor Neyman and are two words or not even answered. I have never had to call a physician’s office to ask why, or when, my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. I have now. I was informed that the prescription would be called in. I have called back twice, waiting on hold for a long time. When I asked when it would be called in, I was informed that they would “try” to have Dr.Neyman call it in. I am not sure why I should have to ask again. Dr. Neyman was great. It seems like her staff are not. Please send my prescription to the pharmacy.
I saw Dr. Neyman recently but the aftercare has been unacceptable. I constantly feel as if I have to advocate for myself because the staff does not listen and repeatedly gets information incorrect. Aside from Riley, no one EVER follows up and when I attempt to call to ask questions, I am greeted with rudeness and told they are short staff. I am sharing this post from a very sad and disheartened place. I’ve been a loyal patient for over 15 years. I saw Brittany 🩵 her former PA for most of my visits. I used to absolutely love this doctor and wouldn't consider a change despite how many moves I made that put me farther and farther away from the office. However, things are not the same anymore.
