After two visits to this doctor, I found it impossible to get the proper care I needed. The doctor doesn’t communicate clearly and the office manager is extremely dishonest and rude when you ask questions. He once hung up the phone on me because I had a concern about one of the prescriptions. I am going to another podiatrist that is way more thorough and professional. People need to know truth from real patients and pay more attention to the bad reviews because it tells a story of what this place is REALLY about.
Dr Nazarian is the Greatest . I first met Dr.Naz. over 15 yrs. ago at the hospital where on 2 seperate stays despite other Drs.iindicating to me otherwise performed surgery to save my toes from amputation. Ive since followed her to her private practice where she is conscientious cordial caring and concerned while continuing to preserve and take care of my feet.Her office manager ,Joe works with you on adjusting your appt.times & days if necessary and calls you the day before to remind you of your appt.You're seen promptly up... read more
I went to see this doctor asked the person at the front desk if they took my coverage, they made me an appointment when I went to pay my copay he tried to tell me I had a deductible and that I had to pay $150.00 for the visit,I explained that my previous Doctor charged me $40.00,he tried to tell me that this Doctor (who happens to be his wife),is a fine doctor that is why the copay is more,like what was my previous (now retired) a Doctor in a free clinic? What a amazing Doctor for 5 years now and her office staff know what insurance and how to help u get what u need to do.Anyone who did a review on him is crazy he is the most caring and Amazing person.i read so of your review and sat and laugh at most of you say crazy things about Mr.Joseph he not rude he doing is job and because of Covid he was keeping us patients safe.you all just need to stop.This is and still a great doctor office and she is a caring understanding doctor
