Dr. Lim was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Dr.Lim, took the time to explain my result and provide treatment plan. Suggested further testing which took place on spot (genetic testing).
Dr. Lim was so caring and informative.
Dr Lim was very kind and explained everything to us. When we left the appointment my husband told me that he was impressed with Dr Lim and that he knew we made the right decision to see her. I left the appointment feeling confident in her and the procedure she recommended.
Dr Lim's experience should be a training module for Residents and HCPs. Prior to my consultation with her, I met with 2 other Onc Surgeons to ensure my due diligence and to feel confident in my decision. She did ask why I had the other consultations and understood my perspective and RESPECTED my decision making process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and EDUCATED me on the journey process. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get in with Dr. Lim, how caring her staff was in communication during an extremely emotional time for me. I was impressed with her surgical skills after coming out of surgery with little to no pain and am so thankful her for calming me and reassuring me about my diagnosis and after care.
I went to Dr. Lim for lumpectomy surgery. She was very clear about what she would do and how she would do it. She told me I would need two incisions, one to remove the tumor and one to remove the lymph nodes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she was able to perform both procedures using only one incision. After about a year, the scar was barely visible. I will always be grateful to her for removing cancer from my breast and from my life!
I left in tears after my visit with Dr Lim. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I asked her to explain my impending surgery and her reaction told me that my fairly straightforward questions were an annoyance to her. Her lack of explanation, general demeanor, and indifference to her patient made me very uncomfortable. Dr. Lim and her staff did an outstanding job of counseling me, and then performing surgery to repair two hernias. The entire experience exceeded every expectation. The staff and facilities at Methodist Hospital in the medical center are also outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Lim
