Highly recommend Suncrest counseling... Went to there intensive day program and transitioned into to just counseling once a week for help to overcome a rape in my past. The therapist are really skilled and care for you as an individual. They helped me overcome the rape and change how I looked at it, by not blaming myself, but putting the responsibility where it belongs, on the person that raped me.
