Do yourself a favor and avoid this provider. Her and her staff are absolutely terrible….they have no empathy for patients and are only interested in their profits instead of the patients best interest. They apparently think because they’re affiliated with U of M that they’re entitled and are better than other facilities. Horrible practice from top to bottom….unorganized and incompetent to say the least…highly advise people to find a different optometrist and if I could give a zero star I would.
