When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was rude (no bedside manner, very unfriendly). When I went to my visit she was on the phone, so I patiently waited with no greeting or acknowledgement that I was even there. She then yelled at me for being late and stormed off. When she returned she accused me of not returning their call or their texts (they were using an old phone number which I tried to explain, but the receptionist insisted it was the right number).
