Sherry was my therapist for years after Hurricane Katrina. She greatly helped me. I would recommend her.
Shame on Dr. Simon. She is in network for United Healthcare, meaning she has a contract with them and she has agreed to take on patients with that insurance. However, she doesn’t bill properly and UHC denies the claims she sends through so she has decided to force the patients to pay up front, out of pocket. We talked with the receptionist when we made the appointment for our son and were told our Insurance was taken. We were duped and left with no help for our son after waiting weeks and weeks to be seen.
