I'm just going to go ahead and leave this review because I trust my neurologist My mom and her mom had Multiple Sclorosis I have had numbness and tingling in all parts of my body my balance is off have a hard time standing one side of my face has got pins and needles feeling trouble swelling and yawning at times and one shoulder has started jerking kinda like a tik I'm trusting this neurologist won't ignore my symptoms like my last neurologist did the ms symptoms are present and I got vision problems now.
On three different circumstances they have not returned my calls for days. Most recently I was supposed to have a 72 hour EEG in my home. The company didn’t show up to hook me up. I have called Dr. Reid’s office 3 times to let them know. It has been 7 days and they still haven’t returned my call. I do not recommend.
I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Reid. I've always had my questions answered and felt completely satisfied when leaving the office. It's almost like talking to a friend! Appointments are always made when I need them. She's great at what she does, in my opinion. I am a very satisfied patient!
