If there was a way to rate lower than 1 I would. We purchased a new Mercedes sprinter conversion from Sherrod in May 2014. It has had nothing but trouble with seats, a/c, and leaks coolant endlessly. We have tried to work with Sherrod to no avail, and they provide no follow-up (or follow through) whatsoever. When buying the 'flagship' of their conversion fleet, we were lead to believe we'd be getting so much more. By far the worst customer service and poorly assembled product I have ever experienced!!!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy a van that has been converted by someone else!!!!
