Ordered a speed line kit a month ago. I called them a week ago. Still not shipped yet. They have my money and I'm out my product I ordered. I'll stick with Tree stuff from now on. This business is a joke

My husband ordered a rope back in May and requested it have an eye splice. We paid for the rope and the splice initially. The rope took almost a month to get to us and it didn’t have the splice. After a week of trying to get in touch with customer service to talk to a real person, I finally was told to print out the label, send it to Reno for the splice, and we would have it back in 7-10 days. I don't know what is going on with Sherrill but I am more than disappointed. I needed to make an order, but our tax exempt was expired. I sent it in an email to customer service over a week ago and never heard anything. Tried calling a couple of times and got no answer. I wanted to order the Sena while it was on sale, but now I cannot because service was crap.
It does not take a month to get back to a customer. Horrible customer service.
