I ordered a whoopie sling and porterwrap from them here a few months back. My order showed everything to be in stock and would take 7-10 days to receive. After 14 days I called for a tracking number and was told my order was on back order. They said we can ship half of your order. I said that would be great. This place is a joke they lost half of my original order and just now 2 weeks later are finally sending me the second half they were supposed to have canceled my first order and cover the cost of over night shipping for me because it was their fault and I agreed to pay for the items again at a 15% discount and was promised a refund in 1-3 business days of the full price I had paid before for the original order So I could have my items before I left for work out of town well as soon as I got off the phone with them they cance... read more

This company has gone down the drain. Website will trick you out of your discount. Ropes are sloppily cut and distributed without quality control. No one really knows crap about the equipment they are selling. They used to have treeple working there. I am afraid this is no longer the case. Too big for their breeches. There are alternatives. After my second rope order arriving in sloppy fashion in just a month, they have lost me as a customer.
One more unhappy customer, again... Their website clearly states, in multiple places, free shipping on orders over $99. I still got charged over $119.78 shipping on an almost $200 order. NO replies to email messages. concerning the over charge. It's like they are suffering from a Covid downturn in business and are trying to hold onto fraudulently charged customers money like they might be going bancrupt soon or something. I bought a ronin lift through them, and it broke in less than 30 min, I was told they would replace the defected unit and I would have another one overnighted to me, 2 weeks later I’m told it’s my fault it broke and they will trade me an older model and keep the “broken one” or I can deal with ronin and pay a huge bill.
