Wonderful staff to help Patients and families transition through the next stages. Just recently helped someone I knew.
I have to say, my brother was admitted here and spent his last two weeks in the care of these lovely ladies they always came if he needed something they were always asking us if we needed something. These ladies actually treat them like they’re their brothers. Cannot ask for a better ending to his journey Thank you, ladies for all you did for him and for us!!!!
Update: Now that some time has past I wanted to share that despite the experience with this company, we were able to find another local hospice company to care for my wife for her remaining time. Nurses showed up and actually helped. They treated my wife like she was family. They bathed her with dignity, not trying to cut her clothes off on our couch in our living room with people around like this company did. The whole experience was a nightmare. My wife was discharged from hospital to home hopice for terminal cancer. Upon her arriving none of the equipment did. She needed to use the restroom that night and in our lack of ability we dropped her on the floor. When I called for help I was told call 911. Things just got worse from there. In all we were with this company for 5 days and all we received were words and sales pitches of promises for care. All we got were RN’s who would call back or visit to look and do nothing.
