I agree. I found Dr. Sherrill to be very knowledgeable and kind. The woman’s experience of driving two hours to be told her appointment was canceled would infuriate me, too. Obviously, the office staff needs some intensive evaluation and training. The doctor is excellent.

I just wanted to give Dr. Sherrill 5 stars because the only other review she had was a patient who was angry with the receptionist, not the physician. That is extremely unfair to the doc. She had nothing to do with the cancellation. Give credit where credit is due, that includes good credit and bad credit.

This place is a joke. I made an appt 1 1/2 months ago, got up this morning and drove more than 2 hours to get there, only to find out when I got there, that my apt had been canceled. I asked them who canceled it, and she stated it was the patient. HELLO! I'm the patient, and I wouldn't have driven more than 2 hours if I had canceled my appt. That makes no damn sense. Get a clue people! Someone probably called in and canceled their appt, and they canceled the wrong one. I know damn well I didn't cancel it. The girls that work... read more
