Rates went up with no explanation other than the bill. Why am I still with state farm?
Downgrading to 1 star. Car insurance bill went up with no notification other than the bill. Also had a friend who had to take state farm to court (and won) to get them to honor their insurance policies. Few of us are looking for a new insurance companies
I was with this office over 15 years. After 15 years my family was involved in an accident and the office wasn't any help or didnt provide any direction. I had to do all the claim work myself and it was a nightmare. We ended up switching to a different agent and couldn't be happier.
They are incredibly rude every time we ask help or ask a question. Jeanine is the only nice person in the office.
