I purchased a heavy duty, fiberglass ramp to go over a drain pipe on top of a basement hallway floor. I needed a piece cut out of one leg of the ramp to allow room for a bend in the pipe. Adrian responded immediately to my posting on NextDoor, and we arranged for him to come over on Saturday. Adrian and his son, Nathaniel, were timely, came prepared with the right tools, and took care of this extremely odd job in short order. Impeccably polite, courteous and helpful.
