Had a guy come give me an estimate on a new roof I had a couple shingles gone he said sorry it's my job to sell you a new roof but you don't need one you just need shingles replaced he done that and was very courteous and professional andvwhen it comes time for a new roof these folks will be doing it I highly recommend these folks
Needed to have a small leak looked at and fixed so I called Steve's team in Richmond. Communication prior to them coming out was great, never had to guess when they'd be here. They were very down to earth and courteous. Issue was fixed within a few minutes. Cant say enough about how pleasant the experience was. My roof will need replaced soon and when that time comes they'll be the first call I make. Thank you!
Steve and his guys were very polite and professional. They were not pushy and worked around my schedule. when the time was right and I was ready to pull the trigger Steve and his guys were ready and waiting, and to my surprise he honored the original estimate that was a few months old. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up great, only found two nails in the flower beds. They did an excellent job and were very timely through the whole process. Steve was really helpful and provided great customer service to find what would be best for us!
Brad was great. And crew got it done . My issue is that the finance company is not reliable. My first payment is 10/10 and have not received a bill. I called them to find out that they have no idea why I hadn't gotten it yet. They did send one over my email address. This finance company sucks. Hoping this issue gets fixed ,so that no one else has to deal with this issue
