Honest and trustworthy company. After finding a small leak in our roof, Jason was able to come out the next morning to quickly diagnose the issue and patch up the area of concern during the inspection. Arrived right on time, professional and prompt service. We are customers for life now :)

I called Sherriff Goslin Roofing because the company that installed our roof is no longer in business, and I suspected a small leak. Their receptionist (a real person!) was so nice on the phone, and they were able to come out days sooner than anyone else. Will (Project Manager) was able to quickly identify the problem and explain solutions in a way I could easily understand. He even added some caulk to the vent pipe that was causing the issue. The people are Sherriff Goslin Roofing are genuinely some of the best people I have worked with. We had damage to our roof from the recent storms and I had no idea to what extent we were dealing with. I contacted someone that works for them out of their Battle Creek HQ offices, and he directed me to the Grand Rapids team. I called Sherriff Goslin in a panic due to an ice dam causing a leak in my ceiling. Mark Williams came out within 2 hours. He was so kind and helpful! He showed us what tools we can use to prevent them in the future and educated us on how roofs work. He answered my many questions, and I feel confident we can take better care of our roof in the future. I'm extremely grateful for his time and information and he will be my first call for any roof related issues I have in the future. I can't recommend him enough!

Jason came and inspected my roof. He caulked the problem areas around my vents. He was so polite and efficient. At the end, told me there was no charge. I couldn't believe it. I will definitely use them when I need my shingles re-done.
