We recently bought a house and unfortunately within months realized the roof needed to be replaced. BE CAREFUL! In April 2024, I chose to work with Mark after he went into the attic and recommended adding air flow to get rid of the ice in the winter. Now as of January 2025 please see pictures of ice on roof edge. After calling Mark, I was told it was an insulation problem however I have insulation in the roof over top of the rafters. This picture show my roof after paying over $16,000 for a new roof and repairs!

I recommend Sherriff-Goslin for your roofing needs. Their shingles have a unique design, and hold up well in our Michigan weather. I called Sherriff-Goslin to inspect my 10-year-old house roof. Mr. Williams was very throrough. He recaulked around my chimney and pipes to prevent any unwanted leaks. He gave me an estimate for a new garage roof. The roof was installed in a timely manner.
