Average care, poor communication. Made unfounded allegations against myself and caretaker causing a problem with my surgeon who will no longer see me. Did not follow proper infection protocol during wound packing causing infection recurrence. Disrespectful comments about patient made by RN in charge in front of patient. An overall bad experience.
