Discouraged us on the unit from the beginning, made the process difficult and kept important information from us about the unit. Was not prompt on refunding us deposit we made to hold a place that we then were rejected for, since we have a child and and inspection for lead came up positive, all after breaking our current lease. Also out $72 after “nonrefundable” fees.
