The administration of this building is very unprofessional and the worst I ever saw. I was interested to rent an apartment here because of the perfect location, I told the leasing manager that I am graduate student and that my father who lives outside the country will pay the rent. I gave them the reference of my current leasing office ( 2 years leasing history in Cleveland) paying always on the first day a month.
