I always receive the best care from Nurse Practitioner Sherri McCain! She takes her time to really listen to your concern(s) or issue(s) to find the best solution. She doesn't rush through your visit and you're not waiting a long period of time just to see her. The entire office staff are very nice and pleasant when I visit & I look forward to going to my appointments; where as I use to dread it with other medical professionals.
Today was the worst day. Having found out back in Dec/2020 I was discharged from the care of Nurse Partitioner Sherri L Mc Cain. Keep this mental note "I am a Diabetic" I never received any mail from the office on Northeast side office. I'am insulin dependent. The rude office manager Diane stated I was was non-compliant and it had to do with Meditation but she couldn't say why and I will need to find another Dr. Can you imagine calling your Dr or Nurse whatever and cannot get your meds.
