Sherri Howard is the best and has taken great care of me over the years and deserves 5 stars. However DOCS (Dermatologist of Central States) policy of insisting patients maintain a credit card on file was enough for me to leave for a provider closer to home. Explaining it assures I won’t be sent to collections was not comforting! I understand they want to make sure they get paid, however, I’ve been a patient with Sherri for over 10 years and have always paid my fees immediately. Sherri is wonderful. I have alopecia and my regular dermatologist in Westerville couldn't see me until September. I could not wait that long. I was very blessed to get an appointment with Sherri. I learned more from her in 1 visit than I did from my other dermatologist in 10 years. I'm done with my old dermatologist, I am staying with Sherri now.
Two weeks ago they sent me 75 text messages to remind me of my appointment. This time they didn’t send me any and I went to the wrong stinking facility and now I’ve missed my appointment. Not a happy girl.
