The office staff when I called for an appointment was rude and unsure of their schedule, making an appointment for over 45 days out is crazy when your pregnant . Spoke to the office manager she said the staff forgot they had openings this week. What is wrong with people! Your job is to make appointments not to forget how. When you answer the phone you are the forefront for the Doctor, If I loose faith in the office to begin with, I will not feel safe and secure enough to continue to make an appointment to see the doctor. its... read more
