Dr Ellis has been my doctor for years. She's caring, understanding and listen to you. She's a wonderful doctor. I am thankful I have her. The staff is always caring .
Sherri is a busy but competent practitioner. That’s the only reason for two stars. An off label prescription requires a pre-approval. Instead of going through the trouble, the medical assistant was untruthful and said she sent it to the pharmacy. The pharmacy confirmed they had received nothing from Sherri’s office. Even spun the computer screen around and showed her. When confronted with this fact, she was untruthful again and said it was sent. We love the office being out here where we live. The staff is all top notch and on top of their work. If we have a need they are always quick to respond. Sherri listens to our health issues and never rushes to go to the next patient. I can’t say enough good things!!! Kind, attentive, super clean, friendly staff, quick response to our needs, everything we want in primary care and then some.
Sherri and her team are phenomenal! Yes some days can get busy but I have always, and I mean ALWAYS felt supported and well taken care of. She takes her time to understand your needs and doesn’t hesitate to get you the care you need. Sherri and staff are the MAIN reason I utilize Baptist Healthcare in Pensacola! I truly appreciate their level of care and sincerity!! Thank you for all that you do!!!
Sherry, Ellis NP always takes to discuss time to discuss all of my concerns, questions, alternatives. She makes me feel important that I matter I very much value her as my physician
