Extremely poor customer service and integrity. I had my Chevy Malibu diagnosed(which I had to pay for) for a noise coming out my engine back in December 2018. They stated that the noise was my belt tensioner so I decided to replace it on my own rather than having the dealership "repair" it. After I replace the tensioner (at my own expense and time) the same noise persisted.
