Great A/C guys! Very friendly from the 1st call to the end and even a call to confirm that everything is working properly! Could not ask for a better a/c people.
Sherrell Air in Forney The lady in the office who answers the phone is VERY RUDE, talks over you, interrupts you and doesn't know how to treat a customer. I will never use them again and I will never refer them to anyone.
I paid for an annual AC and Heating service and they tried to sell me something on each visit. They did an AC repair and now my fan blades are bent and they won’t stand behind their work. Do not use this company.
We had a very good experience with the tech that was sent out. Dylan was prompt, courteous and detailed. Took care of the issue quickly and got us back in the cool air!!
We bought a complete ac system. The guys forgot to actually replace the ducts going into the bed rooms and our home office. Then the guy lied about the financing. Told us because of the pandemic we wouldn't make a payment for 12 months. 3 weeks later I'm getting a letter asking us why we are late on our payment. So now we are trying to figure this all out while our ac has started to struggle to Keep the my small 2 bedroom house at a balmy 78 degrees. Do not buy anything from this company.
