I had been searching for two years for someone to listen to my concerns. Dr Kelly took the time to hear me she spent more time with me and didn't rush. I did have to have surgery which she performed, she didn't leave the hospital until she knew I was ok. I am so greatful for her care and I am on the road to recovery. A rare gem in women's Healthcare. I have recommended her to all girl pals.
First and foremost, this review is for Dr. Sherra Forde-Kelly and NOT the office. As a doctor, I have to say, I have never met a more caring doctor in my life. I've seen my previous OBGYN for years before I lost my insurance and when I got it back, he had retired. So I decided on Dr. Forde-Kelly as she was close to my house. Hello women in Orlando. I Would give her a -0 if I could. Let's make this long story short about Dr. Sherra Forde Kelly. I seen her from 2016 to 2020, regarding excessive bleeding when I came on cycle. She did do a procedure to help with my cycle in 2017. After that it went downhill. I love her she listens and takes in account what I'm trying to do and coming up with a plan with me.
She may be a good doctor but the business practice of this office is extremely unprofessional. If you are planning to see her for maternity care 1- have backup plans 2- expect random charges inconsistent with your insurance policy.
