Rented storage on the 2nd floor for close to 5 years. Place is clean and safe, the site manager is sweet, BUT... There were rat droppings on my containers. Their elevator is almost always out a few days every month. This is the most annoying part of this facility. Do not rent any lockers on the 2nd floor because of this issue. Moving heavy items down the staircase will be a challenge. Today is our last day with this rental, and we hired movers; instead of an easy quick transition, the movers were physically challenged. Maria at the front desk was very helpful in deciding which storage unit was best. She even took the time to walk me through the facility to make sure the unit was big enough for my needs.
